1. General
By using any services provided by ELEVATECH, you agree to these Terms of Service. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age (18 or older), have read these terms in full, and accept them. If you place an order, you automatically agree to all the provisions here—even if you haven’t read them. ELEVATECH is not liable for any harm to uninformed users who failed to read these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice, so please review them before placing any orders.
2. Services
- Delivery Estimates: We provide our best estimate for delivery times but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.
- Follower Interaction: We guarantee you’ll receive the number of followers you pay for, but we do not guarantee they will interact with your content.
- Account Completeness: Although we strive to provide accounts with profile photos, full bios, and uploaded images, we cannot guarantee this for every account.
- Service Adjustments: To fulfill your order, we may substitute a different service if necessary, as long as we deliver what you requested.
- Service Interruptions: All services are subject to maintenance or unexpected failures. If a service fails, please wait for us to resolve it or provide an alternate solution.
- Irreversible Delivery: Once any service is delivered, it cannot be removed from your account.
- Over-Delivery: If you receive more than the amount you purchased, you won’t be charged extra, and you agree that the excess cannot be removed.
- Mandatory Reading: You must read each service’s description and comply with all rules stated there. Misuse or bad-faith actions are your sole responsibility.
- No Cancellations or Refunds: After payment, orders are scheduled automatically. You cannot cancel or get a refund, except in specific cases noted in the service description. However, if delivery exceeds twice the promised timeframe, you may request a refund, understanding the service might still complete after refund.
- Start Times: Delivery typically begins as described—though in rare cases, it may take up to 96 business hours to start.
- Pricing: Service fees may change at any time without notice.
3. Warranties
Most of our services cannot come with a permanent guarantee, since outcomes depend on third‑party social networks, not us. We guarantee delivery of the quantity you purchase, but not its permanence. Followers may unfollow at their own discretion—due to platform updates or personal choice—which is beyond our control.
4. Liability
ELEVATECH is not responsible for any account suspensions or content removals imposed by social networks. If you face such penalties, please review the respective social network’s Terms of Service. Our tools and services do not trigger those penalties.
5. Refund Policy
- No refunds for payments made via PayPal, MercadoPago, PagSeguro, or cryptocurrency once a transaction is complete.
- You may receive platform credit only if an order is not delivered within 96 business hours.
- Orders for private profiles, ineligible service options, non-public posts, or incorrect links will not be refunded, unless automatically possible by the system.
- Do not run multiple identical services simultaneously on the same page, profile, post, or video—doing so disrupts accurate delivery tracking and voids any refund.
- By making a payment, you agree not to dispute charges through your payment provider; all issues must go through ELEVATECH support.
- Initiating a chargeback or dispute may result in cancellation of future orders, account suspension, and legal action.
6. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information you provide is used solely to fulfill your orders. We will not sell or redistribute your data, and the public will not know which clients use our services. However, we may share your information with authorities if legally required.
7. User Removal
ELEVATECH administrators may delete accounts at their discretion—especially for inactive users or those causing issues, abusing services, or acting in bad faith.
